Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

  •   2 to 4 pound pork shoulder or roast

  •   1 C. Water or Broth

  •   BBQ Sauce—I prefer to use a honey brown sugar BBQ Sauce.

Directions:

1. Pour Water or Broth in Slow Cooker and set to low.

2. Place pork roast or should in slow cooker and cook for 8 to 10 hours.

3. After cook time shred pork and remove liquid from slow cooker.

4. Place shredded pork back in slow cooker and add BBQ Sauce if you like.


You can also use the shredded pork to make pork tacos or sandwiches.
