Shrimp & Crap Ceviche


Ingredients:

*1 bag of Large Cooked Shrimp Deveined

*1/2 of a 40oz packages of imitation crab

*1/2 Large Purple Onion

*1 Bunch Cilantro

*1 Large Cucumber (seeds removed)

*5-6 Tomatoes (seeds removed)

1/2 to 3/4 Cups Fresh Squeezed Lemon juice (2-3 Lemons)

4-6 Tablespoons Cholula Hot Sauce (Can use Tapitio)


Directions:

  1. Cut shrimp into thirds and place large mixing bowl.

  2. Chop imitation crab and place in bowl.

  3. De-seed and chop tomatoes and cucumber, dice purple onion and place in bowl.

  4. Chop cilantro and add to ceviche.

  5. Juice lemons. Add Cholula to lemon juice. Add mixture to Ceviche and mix. Add more lemon juice and Cholula if it is needed.

  6. Serve with tortilla chips or on tostado shells as a meal.

Ceviche will last about 4-5 days.
